About Me

I am Tan Guo Xin, a Singaporean born in the year 1987. I am an animator and concept artist aiming for the games and film industry. Since young I have watched a lot of anime and cartoons that greatly inspired me to draw and design characters. And during my studies I picked up animation and found that it is very interesting and fun to be able to give life to the characters. Personally I am a great lover and collector of Gundam Model Kits and Transformers toys as it both inspires me and helps me in my character posing as I enjoy posing my toys around and look at them at different angles to help me in my perspective and character posing drawings. Right now I am a fresh graduate from Nanyang Polytechnic's Digital Media Design Animation looking for a full-time, part-time or freelance job related to what I am doing. Currently I am also working part-time for weekends at Ikea Tampines and have been working there for 3 years while I was studying.
